Cut Freya’s Brioche Style Buns in half and toast, cut-side down, in a frying pan until golden.
Spread the bottom halves of the buns with chocolate sauce. Top with scoops of French vanilla ice cream, then drizzle with more chocolate sauce and chopped hazelnuts.
Add the top halves of the buns, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate over the top. Serve immediately.
