Ingredients

  • Freya’s German Wholemeal Sourdough
  • Packet of Onion Soup
  • Can of Reduced Cream
  • Butter
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Thyme (Garnish)

Method

Mix 1 can of reduced cream and onion soup in a bowl.

Reach for a slice of Freya’s German Wholemeal Sourdough and spread with butter. Then add a heaped teaspoon of onion soup mix and finish by sprinkling on a layer of Cheddar Cheese.

Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving, garnish with fresh Thyme.
